Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role includes writing original algorithmic problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, generators, stress and edge-case tests, and testlib checkers/interactors, while validating correctness and performance. Applicants should provide public competitive-programming credentials such as Codeforces ratings or IOI/ICPC/olympiad experience, demonstrate fluent contest C++ and Python skills, and have strong written English. Work is task-based, active phases are estimated at 10–20 hours per week, and compensation is paid per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
