Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, designing stress and edge-case tests, building testlib checkers and interactors, and reviewing solution quality. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record or equivalent IOI, ICPC, or olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, with estimated active-phase workloads of 10–20 hours per week and payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
