Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based work supporting leading technology companies. The role involves creating algorithmic programming problems, writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, designing generators and stress tests, building testlib checkers and interactors, and validating that solutions meet correctness and time-limit requirements. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record such as a qualifying Codeforces rating or IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++ skills, Python proficiency, the ability to diagnose and expose incorrect solutions, and strong written English at C1+ level. Work is performed during active project phases for an estimated 10–20 hours per week and is paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
