Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating algorithmic problems and automatic graders to train and evaluate advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, generators, edge and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and reviewing whether solutions meet correctness and time-limit requirements. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong analytical and written English skills, and preferably contest-setting, Testlib, or AI benchmark experience. Work is paid per accepted task, with active phases estimated at 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
