Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating algorithmic problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, designing generators and stress tests, developing testlib checkers and interactors, and reviewing solution correctness. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming profile or equivalent IOI, ICPC, or olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with active project workloads estimated at 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
