Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating competitive-programming problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The role involves writing original algorithmic problems, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, generators, edge and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating solution behavior. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++ and Python skills, the ability to diagnose and break incorrect solutions, and C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, and paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
