Description
Mindrift is seeking project-based competitive programming specialists to create algorithmic problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The work includes writing correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, designing generators and adversarial test cases, developing testlib checkers/interactors, and reviewing correctness within time limits. Applicants must demonstrate strong competitive-programming credentials through Codeforces ratings or IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievements, write fluent contest C++ and Python, explain incorrect solutions, and have C1+ written English. Tasks are estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and are paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
