Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating competitive-programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves authoring algorithmic problems, writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, generating adversarial tests, developing testlib checkers and interactors, and reviewing solution quality. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English; work is paid per accepted task, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
