Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The work includes writing original problems, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, adversarial test cases, testlib checkers and interactors, and validating solution performance. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English; compensation is paid per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $90 per hour, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
