Description
Mindrift is seeking project-based competitive-programming specialists to create and evaluate algorithmic problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The work includes writing original problems, correct and deliberately incorrect solutions in C++ and Python, generators and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating correctness under time limits. Candidates need a strong public competitive-programming record such as a Codeforces rating or IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong debugging and test-design ability, and C1+ written English. The opportunity is not permanent employment, involves an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active phases, and pays per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
