Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders to train advanced AI coding models. The role includes writing correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, designing generators and stress tests, developing testlib checkers/interactors, and reviewing solution quality. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming profile or equivalent IOI, ICPC, or olympiad achievements, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with active project estimates of 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour; it is not permanent employment.
