Description
Mindrift is seeking project-based competitive-programming specialists to create algorithmic problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The work includes writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, developing generators and stress tests, creating testlib checkers/interactors, and reviewing solution correctness under time limits. Applicants need a public competitive-programming record such as a qualifying Codeforces rating or IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong analytical ability, and C1+ written English. Participation is not permanent employment; tasks are paid per accepted task, with active project work estimated at 10–20 hours weekly and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
