Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, stress and edge-case tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating solution quality. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, analytical debugging skills, and strong written English. Work is not permanent employment, is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, and pays per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
