Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The role includes writing original problems, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, generators and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating solution correctness and performance. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong written English at C1+ level, and ideally experience with contest problem setting, Testlib, or LLM coding benchmarks. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, and paid per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
