Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately wrong solutions in C++ and Python, generators, edge and stress tests, hacking tests, and testlib checkers/interactors, then validating that solutions behave correctly within time limits. Candidates need a strong public competitive-programming record such as a Codeforces rating or IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, debugging and adversarial test-design ability, and C1+ written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with active phases estimated at 10–20 hours weekly and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
