Description

Intel is seeking a Compiler Engineer to join their Compiler Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Intel's LLVM-based compiler stack, including C, C++, SYCL, and Fortran compilers. This role involves collaborating with hardware engineering teams, contributing to the development of Clang, DPC++, and SYCL technologies, writing and maintaining test cases, and engaging with the clang open-source community.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of experience in C/C++ programming, object-oriented design principles, and data structures.
3+ years of LLVM compiler technology experience.
2+ years of experience in open-source projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining production-grade compilers.
Familiarity with clang, LLVM, or MLIR compiler frameworks.
Experience in parallel and offload programming models like OpenMP, SYCL, CUDA, or GPU programming.
Knowledge of performance analysis, optimization, and debugging techniques.
