Mythic is hiring a Compiler Engineer to develop a compiler for its novel AI accelerator. The role covers the full compiler stack, including operator lowering, graph and IR transformations, optimization passes, backend code generation, dataflow scheduling, memory orchestration, and compiler–hardware co-design. The engineer will collaborate with hardware architects and ML researchers to create high-performance binaries with strong debugging, error reporting, and performance models. The position requires at least three years of compiler or high-performance systems software experience, expertise in modern C++ and Python, and experience with compiler IRs, transformations, and code generation.
