NVIDIA is hiring a Compiler Engineering Manager to lead teams developing optimizing compilers for high-performance computing and GPU code generation for Python, C++, Fortran, OpenACC, and OpenMP. The role manages experienced compiler and performance engineers, sets team objectives, mentors future leaders, establishes organizational policies, and communicates with senior management. Candidates need a degree in Computer Science, ECE, or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of software engineering experience with 4+ years of hands-on management, strong compiler and software design knowledge, and familiarity with compiler internals, GPU code generation, and OpenMP or OpenACC standards. The base salary range is 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until March 26, 2026.
