Description
The Chart Completion Technician prepares, scans, and validates paper medical records and loose reports in the Premier System Support facility. The role analyzes chart documentation deficiencies, supports release of information and continuity-of-care requests, monitors incomplete charts, follows HIPAA and federal and state guidelines, and may process government audits and specialized chart reviews. The position requires high school completion or a GED, medical terminology, 1–3 years of job-related experience, and strong organizational, communication, analytical, and typing skills.
