Independent Community Care Management (ICCM), part of CCH, is hiring a Complex Care Assistant in Northampton to provide a 2:1 care package for a 19-year-old client with drug-resistant epilepsy in her family home. The role includes personal care, PEG feeding, medication administration, seizure monitoring, moving and handling, suctioning, sensory play, arts and crafts, story time, and outings. No prior complex care experience is required because full training and clinical support are provided; applicants must be non-smokers, comfortable working with a pet dog, and available for weekday and weekend day shifts.
