Airbnb is hiring a Complex Claims Manager for its AirCover team to investigate, manage, and resolve complex and significant loss claims; coordinate with insurers, brokers, legal, trust and safety, product, and other internal teams; evaluate coverage and liability; develop resolution plans; and monitor claims performance across multiple markets. The role is based in Canada with possible telecommuting and occasional office or event participation, and offers an annual base pay range of $83,000 to $98,000 CAD.
