Description
The role is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, testing, and repairing computer networks, workstations, servers, hardware, software, user accounts, and related rooms. It includes troubleshooting LAN, WAN, internet, and application issues; providing end-user support; implementing network security and process improvements; coordinating equipment installations and enhancements; managing disk space and device inventory; and training users on system use and security. The preferred qualifications are a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least two years of related work experience.
