Kubicki Draper is hiring an experienced attorney in its Miami office for civil litigation and insurance defense work. The role involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents; managing cases through all stages; communicating with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel; and using Microsoft Office applications. The attorney must have at least three years of civil litigation experience, prior insurance defense experience, strong legal research and advocacy skills, and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
