The role involves independently handling cases, researching complex issues, structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. The position offers a pay range of $165,000 to $190,000 per year and remote or hybrid working arrangements.
