Pilgrim’s is hiring a Complex Manager to plan, direct, control, and improve the profitability of multiple plants or facilities. The role oversees subordinate Plant Managers, manages production, processing, materials, inventory, quality, costs, budgets, and production goals, and coordinates with corporate headquarters, business-unit leadership, vendors, customers, and community stakeholders. The position requires typically 10+ years of directly related experience, typically a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience in processing and live operations; it directly supervises Plant Managers and offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and an annual bonus plan.
