Description
The Complex Manager oversees the planning, direction, control, profitability, production, processing, quality, inventory, and budgeting of multiple plants or facilities. The role supervises one or more Plant Managers, sets production and processing goals, and coordinates with corporate headquarters, business-unit leadership, vendors, customers, and community stakeholders. It requires typically 10+ years of directly related experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience in processing and live operations. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and an annual bonus opportunity, with a base salary range of $203,717.00 to $247,516.20.
