Description
Waythrough is hiring six Complex Needs EBI Practitioners for its Gambling Prevention Team in the West Midlands. The role provides person-centred, early-intervention support to adults affected by gambling-related harm and complex needs, including Enhanced Brief Interventions, assessments, recovery planning, risk management, safeguarding, and coordination with health, voluntary, and statutory partners. Applicants need experience with gambling, substance misuse, mental health, or other complex needs, along with assessment, caseload, communication, organisational, IT, and case-record skills. The position is full-time at 37 hours per week, permanent, and pays £25,878–£29,942, with applications closing on 2026-11-19.
