Accessable is hiring a full-time Complex Refurbishment QA Technician for its Airport Oaks, Auckland workshop. The role refurbishes complex disability and rehabilitation equipment, diagnoses faults, provides technical support, and ensures work meets quality, safety, and contract standards. The technician will also lead quality assurance activities, audits, root-cause investigations, process improvements, and technical leadership through coaching, competency assessments, training coordination, and expert guidance. The position requires five years of relevant technical experience, including at least two years of similar QA experience, along with strong diagnostic, communication, documentation, organisational, and mentoring skills.
