KSA Integration is hiring a full-time Compliance Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installations Command Facilities Directorate by monitoring third-party facility service providers, evaluating contract performance, tracking equipment warranties, and developing preventive maintenance work plans. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of facilities operations or O&M contract management experience, familiarity with DoD facility service contracts, warranty and preventive maintenance experience, strong analytical and technical writing skills, and an active Secret clearance. The position is based at MCB Quantico, Virginia, with an anticipated start date in fall 2026 and a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 USD.
