Description
Bridgewater Associates is hiring a Compliance Analyst to support the Core Compliance program, including compliance onboarding, conflicts of interest, personal trading, testing, violations, training, policy development, process monitoring, and the redesign of repetitive workflows into AI-assisted or automated processes. The role requires 2–4 years of compliance experience focused on financial services regulation, familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act, strong analytical and project-management skills, and comfort with data, spreadsheets, databases, and emerging AI tools. The position is onsite four days per week at the Westport, Connecticut campus, with occasional travel to the New York City campus, and offers a base salary of $130,000–$180,000 inclusive of discretionary bonus.
