Description
The Compliance and Certification Engineer will expand the radar team’s engineering capacity by managing regulatory requirements, certification plans, external testing, and product compliance for bird and drone detection radars. The role covers requirements tailoring, stakeholder coordination with regulators and accredited laboratories, global market access, certificate lifecycle management, technical documentation, and the development of internal pre-compliance capabilities. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, experience managing external testing relationships, and expertise in environmental, safety, or radio testing, with military standards and RF certification knowledge preferred.
