The role identifies and delivers training to ensure compliance with company policies, customer specifications, and government regulations; audits training records; manages training modules and the training matrix; monitors compliance; supports remedial training after security incidents; and provides operational assistance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of airport security, training, and compliance experience, and two years of training delivery experience.
