OnTrac is hiring a Compliance Associate to serve as a liaison between operations personnel and regional service providers and other transportation and delivery vendors. The role maintains vendor contract compliance, supports dispute resolution, performs inspections of insurance, DOT/FMCSA, business license, and DMV-permit requirements, trains operations personnel, and communicates compliance findings and recommended actions. The position is based at the South San Francisco site, requires up to 60% travel, operates on a variable schedule, and offers a starting base salary of $54,400 to $68,000 with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
