Zuno is hiring a full-time Compliance Associate in Leeds to monitor compliance across regulated sales and customer journeys, support Consumer Duty and conduct risk, review customer interactions, assist with governance, audits, regulatory requests, reports, and process improvements, and provide feedback to teams and partners. The role seeks someone curious, organised, and willing to learn, with FCA-regulated experience, knowledge of Consumer Duty and conduct risk, and experience in compliance, quality assurance, governance, risk, or operational processes.
