Description
The role involves evaluating the effectiveness of store compliance and operational tasks, performing audits at store locations, and establishing credibility with field teams. The individual will participate in Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory management, safety compliance, and building maintenance. They will complete cycle counts, lift inspections, safety audits, and building inspections, while also training teammates and collaborating on process improvements. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to travel extensively.
