Description
The Compliance Consultant advises financial service providers on regulatory and compliance matters, including FIDLEG, GwG, corporate governance, market conduct, cross-border issues, and licensing procedures. The role also reviews anti-money-laundering and terrorism-financing compliance, leads smaller projects, coaches junior colleagues, supports business development, performs gap and impact analyses, and develops recommendations. Applicants need a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, law, or a related field, or comparable financial-sector training, plus at least four years of relevant compliance or Big Four experience, strong German and English skills, and customer-facing experience.
