Description
The role advises financial service providers on regulatory and compliance matters, including FIDLEG, GwG, corporate governance, market conduct, cross-border issues, and licensing procedures. It also reviews compliance with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing requirements, conducts regulatory gap and impact analyses, and develops recommendations. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, law, or a related field, or comparable financial-sector training, plus at least two years of relevant compliance or Big Four experience, along with strong German and English skills.
