Description
This role advises customers on how regulations affect their operations, supports second-line compliance functions, and helps drive regulatory compliance improvements through governance frameworks, policy documents, and organizational structures. The position also includes training to strengthen ethical culture, contributing to business and customer offering development, and supervising junior colleagues. It requires a law or other relevant academic degree, at least 2 years of practical experience in law, consulting, regulatory authority, or financial/insurance sectors, and strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
