BetMGM is hiring a Compliance Analyst for its AI & Data organization to monitor and ensure compliance with US state, Canadian, and federal gaming regulations. The role conducts compliance reviews and audits, tracks regulatory changes, prepares filings and reports, supports investigations and remediation, maintains compliance documentation and controls, and uses SQL, Python, and Snowflake to build monitoring dashboards and automate reporting. Candidates need 2–4 years of compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management experience, strong analytical skills, knowledge of US gaming regulations, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The position offers a base salary of $72,300 to $96,400, is remote, and does not provide immigration sponsorship.
