Description
Harvey is hiring a Compliance Engineering Manager to lead the engineering backbone of its compliance and assurance programs. The role owns compliance automation tooling, builds a Snowflake-based compliance data layer, develops AI agents and automated pipelines for evidence collection and control testing, maps technical implementations to compliance controls, and creates risk and certification reporting. It requires 6+ years of software, data, or security engineering experience, hands-on Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL, and Python experience, compliance automation and framework knowledge, and experience with AI-powered workflows or agents. The compensation is $220,000-$330,000 USD.
