Pharmathen is hiring a Compliance, Ethics & Data Protection Expert to support compliance, business ethics, data protection, privacy, and responsible business practices across its pharmaceutical operations. The role advises internal stakeholders, develops and improves compliance frameworks, monitors regulatory developments, assesses and mitigates compliance and privacy risks, supports policies and reporting, and contributes to training and investigations. The position is based at the company’s Marousi premises and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of corporate compliance experience, GDPR and data privacy knowledge, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
