DTCC is hiring a Compliance Intern for a 10-week summer program supporting its compliance program and enterprise-wide oversight of subsidiaries and business areas. The intern will identify and evaluate compliance risks, monitor adherence to policies and procedures, employee trading, anti-money laundering, and global sanctions requirements, conduct research and prepare management reports, and support records management and priority projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a specified field with expected graduation in Spring 2028, a minimum 3.2 GPA, and authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship. It offers competitive hourly compensation, structured training and mentorship, and a hybrid work model of three office days and two remote days.
