Description
Sphinx is hiring a Compliance Product Manager to translate AML, KYC, KYB, and transaction-monitoring regulations into structured, machine-readable logic and scalable automated workflows for AI compliance agents. The role partners with banks, fintechs, and MSBs; works with engineering to make decisions explainable and auditable; and focuses on workflow mapping, alert refinement, accuracy, and regulatory adherence. Candidates should have 3–5 years of compliance experience in AML, risk, or compliance at a bank, fintech, or regtech, along with the ability to bridge compliance and product, identify automation leverage points, and use metrics to reduce false positives.
