Description
Affirm is hiring a Compliance Lead to administer and improve its compliance testing program. The role performs ongoing compliance testing and reporting, reviews regulatory adherence, identifies gaps and deficiencies, collaborates with Legal, Risk, Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior management, coordinates compliance risk assessments and control inventories, and strengthens internal controls. The position reports to the Senior Compliance Manager, requires at least five years of compliance testing or audit experience, and is remote-first with flexibility for occasional in-person work.
