Description
The Compliance Legal Counsel will provide legal advice to compliance managers worldwide, monitor and develop group-wide compliance processes, draft compliance rules and circulars, represent the team internationally, conduct training, support compliance-related digitization and automation projects, and track regulatory trends in ESG, supply chains, and artificial intelligence. The role requires a law degree or comparable qualification, German bar admission or equivalent legal education, at least three years of compliance experience, strong project-management and analytical skills, and fluent German and English. The employment contract is permanent and includes pension provision, further-training support, and other employee benefits.
