Anthos Fund & Asset Management is hiring a Compliance Manager to maintain and develop its risk-based compliance framework in a regulated fund and asset management environment. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the role leads compliance risk assessments, regulatory change management, monitoring and testing, reporting, incident remediation, regulatory interactions, and compliance awareness. The position requires at least eight years of relevant compliance experience, knowledge of Dutch and European financial regulation, and fluency in Dutch and English.
