Compliance Manager at AST SpaceMobile

AST SpaceMobile is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to design, build, and lead the implementation of a unified Quality Management System across its multi-site aerospace organization. The role will establish a certification roadmap, standardize quality processes and documentation, lead internal audits and CAPA, support supplier and customer quality activities, and develop compliance training. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of quality or compliance experience in aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment, and direct experience leading initial AS9100 or ISO 9001 certification. The position requires regular travel between company sites.
