Description
The Compliance Manager will own and improve EMBREY’s enterprise vendor and subcontractor insurance and compliance program across Construction, EMS, Development, and Corporate Services. The role manages onboarding, insurance and licensing documentation, compliance monitoring, deficiency resolution, reporting, contractual risk processes, and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, insurance agents, and internal teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of insurance or related experience, claims handling experience, and knowledge of insurance lines, bonding, and contract requirements. The position is full-time, fully in-office in San Antonio, Texas, with healthcare, vision, dental, and other benefits.
