Description
The Hotel Accounting Manager manages the hotel’s day-to-day accounting function and supports the Cluster Director of Finance with financial leadership, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, controls, tax compliance, and P&L accuracy. The role leads and develops the accounting team, coaches hotel managers on financial performance, supports strategic planning, and maintains accurate financial records and forecasts. Hotel accounting experience is essential, while operational experience is preferred; the posting requires an accounting qualification or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience.
