Description
Organon is hiring two Compliance Managers for its Cramlington manufacturing site: one for Packaging Operations and one for Manufacturing Operations. The role serves as the Integrated Process Team compliance lead and subject matter expert for GMP, quality systems, regulatory compliance, patient safety, health and safety, and environmental requirements. Responsibilities include leading governance reviews, audits, CAPA and change-control investigations, risk management, inspection readiness, quality culture, and team development. Candidates need a relevant science, pharmacy, engineering, or quality degree, significant pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated healthcare experience, and expertise in GMP, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls. The position is regular, with no relocation and no stated visa sponsorship.
